Investing in crypto assets and DeFi involves significant risks, including total loss of capital. DeFiPassiva is not responsible for investment decisions made based on the platform's educational content.

3. Account and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Access to premium content requires an active subscription
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Payments and Cancellation

Subscriptions are processed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your profile panel. Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content (text, simulators, images, code) is the property of DeFiPassiva Digital Education. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction

The court of Vitória/ES is elected to settle any matters arising from these terms.
